To relax and detoxify, especially after exercise, use lukewarm to cool water.
Shower:
Put a capful of Phyto-Bain on a damp glove
To reinforce the effectiveness of Phyto-Bain, rub in the bath or shower with a loofah glove or sisal shower gel, for example.
