Shipping Policy
Yon-Ka Paris is not liable for stolen or missing packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and receiving their order. Yon-Ka Paris provides (via email) the tracking number from the carrier used to ship the order.
Regular Ground Shipping:
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date. Most Ground Shipping orders received before 3:30 pm ET (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. No orders are processed on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Confirmation Emails:
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
