1 - Refund conditions
Under what conditions can I return an item and request a refund?
All our items can be returned by post for 30 days, please contact us via our contact form so that we can generate a return label for you.
2 - Non complying product
Did you receive a non-compliant item?
If you are affected by one of the cases listed below, send a photo to our customer service who will respond to your refund request.
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product delivered does not correspond to the product read
- Product with an expiration date of less than 6 months
3 - Cost of returns
How much does it cost to return an item?
Returning items is free.
4 - Product return deadline
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of your delivery to return an item to us and request a refund. Small reminder: Returned items must not have been opened.
5 - Return a product to us
How to make a return?
When returning by post, all you have to do is print the same return slip we sent you, slip it into your package and send it back to us at the address indicated on the slip. We inform you that the refund of your order (and delivery costs if you return it in full) is triggered within 10 working days of receipt in our warehouse.
